How to judge a window cleaning provider
We don't publish reviews on this site yet. Real reviews will be added later with a link to their public source. Until then, here is how to judge any provider yourself.
Do your homework
How to judge who you hire.
Ask for proof of insurance
Request a current liability insurance certificate before work begins, especially for strata or high-access jobs.
Check WorkSafeBC status
If the provider has workers, ask for a WorkSafeBC clearance letter. Confirm fall protection for any work at height.
Get an itemised quote
Ask what is included: inside glass, screens, tracks, skylights, railings. Compare quotes line by line.
Read public reviews
Look for recent reviews on sites the provider doesn't control and see how they respond to complaints.
Confirm the plan in writing
Get scope, date and price in an email or message so both sides agree before the visit.
